Job Overview
NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Funeral Home Office Manager to oversee operations at Memorial Plan Westchester Funeral Home located in Miami, FL. Responsibilities
- Review and oversee business processes including bank deposits, checks, and accounts receivable reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports such as Board Volume, aged accounts receivable, and merchandise trust reports.
- Coordinate order processing and manage storage inventory for caskets, urns, and related items.
- Perform advanced clerical tasks, including reconciliations, report generation, license renewals, and inventory verification.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative leadership or management role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual required: Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
