Opportunity: Funding Associate 🚗💼

Location & Reporting

  • Location: Remote / Anywhere within the USA
  • Reports To: Funding Manager

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm local time (preferably PST/CST)
  • Compensation: $21.22/hour + monthly bonus

What is the Career Development Rotation?

First Help Financial's Career Development Rotation (CDR) is a structured program that offers full-time, bilingual employees the opportunity to experience various roles across different departments. Every 12-16 months, employees rotate into roles such as Customer Service or Collections, gaining exposure, developing new skills, and broadening their understanding of company operations.

About the Opportunity

As a certified "Great Place to Work" for five consecutive years, First Help Financial is expanding its Funding team to support our impressive growth! The main responsibility of the Funding Associate is to ensure that loan packages received are valuable assets for the company while providing high-quality support to our dealer partners.

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using approved internet databases and phone tools to skip trace and locate customers, collateral, and other parties 📞🔍
  • Verify that all funding packages meet FHF's quality standards ✅
  • Conduct phone verification of personal and employment information for prospective clients 📞
  • Validate the accuracy of application information and screen for possible fraud 🚨
  • Manage incoming emails from dealerships and departments regarding loans 📧
  • Maintain constant communication with dealerships about funding statuses via email and calls 📞✉️
  • Perform final funding interviews with prospective clients 🎤
  • Assist fellow funding associates as needed 🤝
  • Report potential risk flags to the Funding Manager 🚩
  • Collaborate with the team to meet weekly/monthly targets 🎯

What You Bring to the Role

  • Demo strated career stability
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese 🗣️
  • At least 1 year experience in Banking or Auto Lending 💼
  • Excellent communication skills 💬
  • High school diploma or GED required 🎓
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm local time ⏰
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change 🔄
