About The Job

• Serve as the primary front desk contact for visitors, families, and incoming calls
• Manage visitor access, sign-in/sign-out, and front office procedures
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, routing them appropriately
• Provide basic administrative support to school operations and leadership
• Support student attendance, enrollment documentation, and daily family needs
• Assist with aftercare, daily resets, and overall school operations

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple requests in a busy front office environment
• Fluent in Spanish communication skills
• Experience in a school, front office, or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

About The Position

• Start Date: ASAP! 🚀
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
• Hourly Rate: $20-$22/hr
• Permanent Salary: $40k-$62k annually
• Metro accessible! 🚇
• Physical requirement: Comfortable with occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs)
