Our client, a dedicated public charter school, is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension or permanent placement in Takoma Park, MD.

About The Job 🏫

• Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for visitors, families, and incoming calls
• Manage visitor access, sign-in/sign-out, and front office procedures
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, routing them appropriately
• Provide basic administrative support to school operations and leadership
• Support student attendance, enrollment documentation, and daily family needs
• Assist with aftercare, daily resets, and general school operations

About You 🌟

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple requests in a busy front office setting
• Fluent communication in Spanish
• Experience in a school, front office, or customer-facing role preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

About The Position 🚦

• Start Date: ASAP!
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Hourly Rate: $20 - $22/hr
• Salary (permanent): $40,000 - $62,000 annually
• Metro accessible 🚇
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
