About the Role

As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued through seamless and positive interactions — from the moment they walk in to behind-the-scenes support. This hybrid role combines front-desk excellence with light clinical assistance, offering a dynamic mix of in-person engagement and administrative tasks.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with genuine warmth and professionalism 🤝
• Manage scheduling, handle phone inquiries, and maintain daily office flow 📅📞
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with minor procedures (comprehensive training and uniforms provided) 🩻🩺

💰 Compensation & Benefits
