- Connectivity: Reliable home internet connection
- Language Skills: French language proficiency is a valuable asset
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist customers, distribution partners, and sales representatives with technical support for our adhesives products and solutions via our technical helpline.
- Timely Assistance: Provide prompt support for technical inquiries through phone, email, and web chat.
- Consultation & Visualization: Visualize mechanical situations, collaborate with customers to determine optimal product choices, and identify potential sales leads.
