• Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and update client information across applicable systems promptly.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations impacting document review processes.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French – speaking, reading, and writing; Canadian French is a plus.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in PC usage and navigating multiple screens and programs efficiently.
