About the Role
As a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative based in the Allen Park, MI area, you will create memorable customer experiences and contribute to a positive, innovative environment.
What You'll Be Doing 📣
- Deliver exceptional service: Create a positive experience in every interaction.
- Provide insightful support: Assist members with thoughtful advice and guidance.
- Problem diagnosis & resolution: Troubleshoot issues and guide members toward solutions.
- Collaborate with legacy app owners: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Billing support: Research and resolve payment or billing concerns.
- Manage member experience: From start to finish, decide whether to escalate or resolve carefully to ensure member satisfaction.
- Innovate & improve: Share creative ideas with team members to enhance the program’s excellence.
What You Bring to the Role 📚
- Educational background: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years in customer service, training, public relations, sales, or marketing.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
- Passion: A genuine interest in customer service, the automotive industry, and advanced technology.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with software, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and staying current with tech trends.
