We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and French. If you're fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you! Position Responsibilities 📝

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and French.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.
