We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional support in both English and French. 🔑 Position Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and French.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is a plus.
