Position Overview

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will handle customer interactions in both English and French, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role requires completion of a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test, via our company's careers page.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and French
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals
