Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

  • Be a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
  • Deliver all public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and provide passenger assistance
  • Support service recovery to resolve customer issues
  • Work effectively within a multi-lingual team

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This role involves international, long-haul flights requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Handling night shifts and weekend operations
  • Flexibility for on-call support and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📚

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service preferred
  • Training Program: 6.5-week paid program in Houston
  • Requirements: Mandatory language proficiency test; no prior flight attendant experience necessary but advantageous
