✈️ What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

As part of our trans-Pacific operations, you will provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care to Japanese-speaking guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Making public announcements in both Japanese and English 🗣️
• Assisting passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
• Handling service recovery and resolving passenger issues
• Acting as a cultural and linguistic liaison within a multicultural crew

🗓️ Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This role involves:

• Long-haul international flights with multi-day trips and extended layovers ✈️
• Night departures and weekend schedules 🌙 & 🗓️
• Full flexibility to support international on-call 'reserve' duties and scheduled lines

🎓 Training & Onboarding

Requirements include:

• At least 2+ years of customer service experience
• Completion of a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a language proficiency test 📝
• Prior flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
