Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤🧳
Beyond safety and service responsibilities, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison, ensuring a smooth travel experience for Japanese and English-speaking guests. Your duties include:
- Making public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assisting passengers with customs forms
- Providing service recovery for any issues that arise
- Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual crew
Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 🗓️
This is a long-haul international role requiring:
- Multi-day trips with extended layovers
- Night shift departures and weekend operations
- 100% flexibility for international 'on-call support' (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 📚
Candidates must have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. Training includes:
- 6.5-week paid program in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency test
While prior flight attendant experience is not required, it is preferred.
