Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎯
- Perform standard safety and service duties
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between crew and passengers
- Make all public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other procedures
- Support service recovery efforts for any issues that arise

Daily Duties & Schedule ⏰
This role centers around long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility and readiness for:
- Multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Night shift departures
- Weekend operations
- International on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 🎓
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, which incorporates a mandatory language proficiency test. Experience as a flight attendant is preferred but not required.
