🔹 Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

  • Perform standard safety and service duties on long-haul international flights
  • Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and other needs
  • Support service recovery and handle issues effectively
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multi-lingual team

🗓️ Typical Day & Schedule

This role involves long-haul international travel with responsibilities including:

  • Multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night shift departures
  • Weekend operations
  • Full flexibility for on-call support and scheduled flights

🎓 Training & Onboarding

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • Mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
  • No previous flight attendant experience necessary—preferred but not required

💼 Career Growth & Compensation
