Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform standard safety and service duties
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison
- Make all public announcements in both Japanese and English 🗣️
- Assist passengers with customs forms and provide service recovery
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual team
Daily Responsibilities
This role centers on long-haul international flights. You should be prepared for:
- Multi-day trips ✈️
- Extended layovers 🏨
- Night shifts and weekend operations 🌙
This position requires 100% flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines.
Training & Onboarding
Candidates need at least 2+ years of customer service experience. You will undergo a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test. No experience as a flight attendant is required but preferred.
