Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Providing passenger assistance with customs forms
  • Handling service recovery for any issues that arise
  • Utilizing team collaboration skills within a multi-lingual crew

Your Day-to-Day 🌅🌙

This position focuses on long-haul international travel, requiring:

  • Preparedness for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Flexibility for night shift departures
  • Operations during weekends
  • 100% availability for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Candidates need 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

  • A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • A mandatory language proficiency test

No prior flight attendant experience is required, but it is preferred.

Career & Compensation 💼💰
