Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤
Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Your responsibilities include:
- Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Providing passenger assistance with customs forms
- Handling service recovery for any issues that arise
- Utilizing team collaboration skills within a multi-lingual crew
Your Day-to-Day 🌅🌙
This position focuses on long-haul international travel, requiring:
- Preparedness for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Flexibility for night shift departures
- Operations during weekends
- 100% availability for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 🎓
Candidates need 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:
- A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
- A mandatory language proficiency test
No prior flight attendant experience is required, but it is preferred.
