Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

  • Perform all standard safety and service duties
  • Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and other needs
  • Help with service recovery when issues arise
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew

Daily Responsibilities

This position involves extensive international travel, including multi-day trips and extended layovers. Be prepared for night shifts, weekend operations, and a schedule that requires 100% flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines. 🕒🌙

Training & Onboarding

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston with a mandatory language proficiency test. No prior flight attendant experience is required, but it is preferred.

Career & Compensation
