Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

• Core Duties: Safeguard passengers, assist with service recovery, and support cultural and linguistic needs
• Public Announcements: Deliver announcements in both Japanese and English
• Passenger Assistance: Help with customs forms and resolve issues compassionately
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a multilingual crew

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This role involves:

• Long-haul international flights 🚢✈️
• Extended trips and layovers
• Night departures and weekend schedules 🌙🎉
• Flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 2+ years in customer service
• 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a language proficiency test
• Prior flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
