Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison for Japanese-speaking guests
  • Make public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms
  • Handle service recovery issues with compassion and professionalism
  • Work closely with a multi-lingual crew to uphold service standards

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule ⏰

This position involves:

  • Long-haul international flights with multi-day trips
  • Extended layovers and flexible scheduling, including night shifts and weekend operations
  • Being available for international on-call support (reserve roles)

Training & Onboarding 📝

Candidates will undergo a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, which includes:

  • Mandatory language proficiency testing
  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Prior experience as a flight attendant is not required but advantageous
