Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤
Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Responsibilities include:
- Making public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assisting passengers with customs forms
- Providing service recovery for any issues
- Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual crew
Your Day-to-Day 🌙
This role primarily involves long-haul international flights. Be prepared for:
- Multi-day trips with extended layovers
- Night shift departures
- Weekend operations
- 100% flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 📚
Applicants should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The training program includes:
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- A mandatory language proficiency test
No prior flight attendant experience is required, but it is preferred.
