Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform all standard safety and service duties.
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison.
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English.
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other support needs.
- Engage in service recovery for any issues that arise.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-lingual crew.
Daily Responsibilities
This position involves long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and variable schedules, including night shifts and weekend operations. You must be fully adaptable for international on-call support and scheduled lines.
Training & Onboarding
Applicants should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, featuring a mandatory language proficiency test. Previous flight attendant experience is not required but preferred.
Career Development & Compensation
