Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳
- Perform standard safety and service duties onboard
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison
- Make all public announcements in both Japanese and English

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like 🎯
This position involves long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night shifts, and weekend operations. It is a 24/7 role demanding 100% availability for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines.
Training & Onboarding 📚
Applicants should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. You'll attend a comprehensive 6.5-week paid training program in Houston that includes a mandatory language proficiency assessment. Prior flight attendant experience is not required but is preferred.
