Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🛫
- Perform standard safety and service duties on long-haul international flights
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other documentation
- Manage service recovery issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew
Daily Responsibilities & Schedule ⏰
- Focus on long-haul international travel, including multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Handle night departures and weekend operations
- Maintain 100% flexibility for 'on-call' international support and scheduled shifts
Training & Onboarding 📚
- Require 2+ years of customer service experience
- Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a language proficiency test
- No prior flight attendant experience required — but preferred
Career Growth & Compensation 💼
