Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will:

  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison
  • Make public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
  • Support service recovery for customer issues
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual team

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 🗓️

This role involves:

  • Long-haul international flights
  • Handling multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Working night shifts and weekends
  • Being flexible and available for on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📚

Candidates must have:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Completion of a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • A mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
  • No previous flight attendant experience required (preferred but not mandatory)
