Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

  • Perform standard safety and service duties onboard.
  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew.
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English.
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and service recovery issues.
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multilingual crew.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like 🗓️

This is a long-haul international position requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and various schedules, including night departures and weekend operations. You must be prepared for international 'on-call' support and follow assigned schedules (lines).

Training & Onboarding 📚

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test.
  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary; prior experience is preferred.

Career Growth & Compensation 💼
