Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️

Your main priority is ensuring passenger safety. Additionally, you will:

• Serve as a key liaison for Spanish-speaking guests
• Make announcements in both languages
• Assist with customs forms
• Provide genuine passenger assistance with compassion and care
• Collaborate with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This entry-level position demands 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation, including:

• Day shifts
• Overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call (reserve) shifts, especially during holidays and peak season

Training & Onboarding 🛫

Enjoy 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, where you'll learn:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service techniques
• Service recovery methods
• Spanish language proficiency test (required)
