Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

Your main priority is safety, with a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking guests. You will:

• Make announcements and assist with customs forms
• Provide genuine passenger support with compassion and care
• Collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international routes

Daily Responsibilities 🚀

This entry-level role demands full flexibility for 24/7 operations, including:

• Day shifts and overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve) shifts, especially during holidays and busy seasons

Training & Onboarding 📚

We offer 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service and service recovery techniques
• Spanish language proficiency test (required)
