Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳

Your main responsibility is ensuring passenger safety. As a key liaison for Spanish-speaking guests, you'll make announcements, assist with customs forms, and offer genuine passenger support with compassion and care. Collaboration with pilots and ground staff is vital, especially on international flights.

Daily Responsibilities 📅

This entry-level position demands full flexibility, as operations run 24/7/365. Your schedule may include:

• Day and night shifts
• Weekend flights
• On-call support shifts, especially during busy holiday and peak season periods

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Enjoy 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering FAA safety and emergency procedures, in-flight service, and service recovery strategies. A Spanish proficiency test is required to qualify for this role.
