Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎫

Safety is your primary mission, but you'll also serve as a vital liaison for Spanish-speaking guests—making announcements, assisting with customs forms, and providing passenger support with compassion. Collaboration with pilots and ground staff, especially on international routes, is essential.

Daily Responsibilities 🗓️

This entry-level role demands full flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation:

• Availability for day and night shifts
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve) shifts, including holidays and peak seasons

Training & Onboarding 🚀

We offer 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis covering FAA safety regulations, emergency procedures, in-flight service, and service recovery techniques. A Spanish language proficiency test is required to ensure effective bilingual communication.
