• Please note: While this is a remote position, you must be within commuting distance of Phoenix and available to meet in person 4-6 times per year.
Your Role: Customer Service in Retirement Plans 📞
As a key point of contact, you'll handle incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans, assisting participants, employers, and third-party specialists with their questions and needs.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with team members to launch your career in financial services within our call center.
- Develop a strong foundation through our paid associate training program and receive ongoing coaching.
- Partner with clients to:
- Deliver excellent service for retirement savings accounts
- Educate and empower customers without cold calls or sales
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes
- Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
- Handle general account modifications as directed by customers
What You Will Bring
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek, outside traditional hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Associates degree or higher, with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or call centers
- Passion for delivering quality customer service
- Ability to engage effectively over the phone
- Adaptability to diverse customer communication styles
- Attention to detail and quick learning of industry policies and procedures
Technical Requirements 🖥️
- Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, wired connection preferred
- Dedicated workspace free from interruptions
- Company will provide necessary equipment, training materials, and headset
- Associates must connect via Ethernet for consistent voice quality

Compensation 💼
Base salary ranges from $37,800.00 to $51,975.00. Incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions may further increase total compensation. Final offers depend on location, experience, and qualifications.
