📝 Job Description:
As a Finance Supervisor, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential to facilitate clear communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive reporting, risk management, and business development efforts that underpin our organization's sustainability and growth.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards. Oversee general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow analysis.
- Risk Management: Conduct assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop budgets, perform variance analysis, and implement cost control measures.
- Reporting & Strategic Insights: Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports to support strategic planning.
- Systems & Processes: Lead the implementation of financial software systems and maintain accurate bookkeeping practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams on strategic planning, revenue management, and financial forecasting.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and interpret complex data for leadership decision-making.
🔍 Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or similar certification preferred.
- Proven expertise in corporate finance, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Experience with financial software systems and proficiency in account analysis, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Strong leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical abilities for interpreting complex financial data.
