Join our team as a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and bridge communication between the U.S. and China in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities 💼

• Manage daily financial activities: Oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
• Financial reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Budget development: Develop and monitor annual budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Tax and audit compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations; coordinate audits as needed.
• Cash flow & banking: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
• Strategic support: Assist in planning through financial modeling, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
• Leadership & mentorship: Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide valuable financial insights.

Qualifications 🎯

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is required.
• Professional experience: 5+ years in financial management, preferably within a U.S.-based multinational subsidiary.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the e-cigarette industry and understanding of related regulations is highly preferred.
• Technical expertise: Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Software proficiency: Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication between domestic stakeholders and HQ in China.
