Position: Nielsen Field Membership Representative 🚗🏠

As a Nielsen Field Membership Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our company, recruiting households to participate in Nielsen ratings. This role involves travel up to 50% and requires a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and style to ensure successful in-person recruitment, resolution, and installation across various locations.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Drive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle, with frequent travel (up to 50%)
• Conduct in-person interviews and recruit statistically selected households
• Collect and enter household data including demographics and technical details
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with procedures
• Achieve performance goals related to quality standards, customer satisfaction, and targets
• Be prepared for overnight stays up to half of your working time

Qualifications 🎓

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong computer skills (iOS, MS Windows, Google applications)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
• Adaptability and openness to diverse environments and situations, including interacting with various individuals, neighborhoods, and home conditions
• Comfort working in different home environments while maintaining professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills for navigating diverse social situations

Physical Requirements 💪

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while recruiting at residential addresses
• Navigate stairs, walkways, driveways, and various entrances
• Drive for up to 8 hours and stand for 6 hours daily
• Kneel for up to 2 hours daily
• Walk at least 1/2 mile
• Lift up to 20 pounds
