A Day in the Life of a Recruiter

• 🤝 Meet with your team to brainstorm innovative ways to attract top talent
• 🎨 Apply your creativity to develop compelling postings and outreach strategies
• 🌐 Leverage social media, community events, and marketing skills to stand out
• 🤔 Use your interview techniques and people skills to identify the best candidates
• 🔗 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and impact order fulfillment
• 📝 Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 documentation to onboard new hires

Requirements

• ✅ 3+ years of recruiting & staffing experience
• ✅ Ability to manage 40+ customer accounts daily
• ✅ Experience with VMS systems (a plus!)
• ✅ Strong assessment, delegation, and follow-up skills for customer requests & internal teams
• ✅ Leadership exposure or experience (a plus!)
• ✅ Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English
