Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you should be capable of performing each essential duty at a satisfactory level. Below are the key responsibilities:

• Communicate the advantages of shopping with TRS clearly and effectively within your local market 🗣️
• Portray a positive and professional image of your local branch consistently 😊
• Support operational goals through effective field marketing and indirect sales strategies aligned with sales and leadership teams 🎯
• Engage with food service business operators and owners to promote TRS services
• Navigate company software and technology to support customer needs 📱
• Plan efficient travel routes to meet with local business clients regularly 🚗
• Convert new prospects into active customers and re-engage inactive or lapsed customers to increase branch sales 📈
• Share relevant information with the local sales team through established communication channels 📢
• Provide feedback on customer buying trends and competitor activities by sharing invoices and related data 📝
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products to better serve customers 🔍

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for up to 9 hours daily 🚶‍♂️
• Effectively communicate using speech, vision, and hearing 🦻👁️
• Use hands regularly for grasping and fine manipulations ✋
• Bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach as necessary 🔄

Qualifications

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, field marketing, or sales 🛍️
• Experience using MS Office Suite for maintaining business relationships 💻
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience 🎓
