Position: Bilingual Wireless and Fiber Trainer Specialist 📶🧰

As a key member of our team, you'll develop training materials and deliver engaging presentations on internet, video, and security products. Your focus will be on supporting Spanish-language sales associates, door-to-door and call center sellers/agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 🎯

• Deliver sales training presentations for both door-to-door and call center representatives
• Create and translate training materials and sales sheets that are persuasive and easy to understand
• Become a subject matter expert on current offers, products, services, and systems, including order entry processes
• Develop audience-focused content using PowerPoint, optimized for virtual and in-person delivery
• Maintain attention to detail in content and language nuances
• Create engaging online and live training content that is well-formatted and educational
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from entry-level agents to executives

Requirements & Qualifications ✅

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Internet knowledge – fiber, broadband, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong speaking and writing skills for business audiences
• At least 3 years experience in presentation, curriculum development, and sales/training related to wireless, high-speed internet, or telecommunications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and web conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams)
• Technical skills in A/V setup, troubleshooting, and familiarity with hardware like projectors and audio systems
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience (not mandatory)
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
• Dependable vehicle with valid insurance and driver's license, and a good driving record
• Availability for multi-day, overnight travel (approx. 1-3 times per quarter)
• Valid passport
• Note: Travel expenses are covered after prepayment, which is reimbursed weekly upon submission
