We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to provide compassionate mental health services, offering flexible hours and meaningful client interactions.

Job Scope

The position involves working between 10 to 20 hours per week, with at least 15 hours in person or remote psychotherapy sessions with clients.

Essential Functions

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or groups.
• Conduct intakes as needed.
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinate psychotherapy services with ancillary and combined services when necessary.
• Collaborate with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
• Maintain current and timely EHR records on all patients in accordance with PCMH policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by PCMH management.

Education & Experience

• Professional licensure or degree: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.
• Language skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
