Requirements & Core Values

At Mangone Law, we prioritize team members who embody our core values and meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 1+ years attorney experience handling immigration cases such as VAWA and T visa.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish — fluent or native proficiency.
• Valid license to work in the United States. (If you do NOT have a U.S. license, please DO NOT APPLY).
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive "Can do" attitude.
• Dedication to excellence and high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills, with a focus on honesty, empathy, and clarity.
• Membership in the NJ Bar is a plus, but not mandatory.
