📝 Role Description

In this hourly-paid, fully remote contractor role, you will:

• Review AI-generated responses and/or generate language content.
• Evaluate reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving.
• Provide expert feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, logical, and clearly explained.
• Assess solutions for correctness, clarity, and adherence to prompts.
• Identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding.
• Fact-check information meticulously.
• Write high-quality explanations and model solutions demonstrating proper methods.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

You will apply senior-level Hindi localization/translation judgment alongside a minimum of C1 English proficiency to maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and cultural nuance across various use cases. This role is with a rapidly growing AI Data Services company that supplies AI training data for some of the world's leading AI organizations and foundation model labs. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing top-tier AI models worldwide. 🌐

🎯 Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or a related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi with a strong grasp of Indian locale conventions.
• Minimum C1 proficiency in English (reading/writing) for interpreting prompts, sources, and evaluation guidelines.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in localization or translation (multilingual experience preferred).
• Proven ability to apply MQM/LQA concepts for quality decision-making.
• Proficiency with CAT tools and QA workflows such as translation memory, termbases, and automated checks.
• Excellent editorial judgment with attention to register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuances.
• Rigorous fact-checking skills for localized content (units, references, names, dates) using reliable sources.
• Comfort working as a dependable hourly contractor with clear documentation and responsiveness across time zones.
• Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation is preferred.
• Location Requirement: Only candidates based in India (specifically in Hindi-speaking regions) will be considered.
