🔍 Your Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses across diverse topics in Hebrew and English (requires C1+ English proficiency) to guide AI learning effectively.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance in both languages.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential biases or inaccuracies, validating their reliability across different use cases.

🎯 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew, with strong writing and editing skills in both formal and informal registers.
• Minimum C1 proficiency in English (reading and writing) for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review (or equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to detailed rubrics, especially in high-volume, hourly contract work.
• Strong fact-checking skills, with the ability to validate claims using reputable sources as needed.
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological errors, and unclear explanations—even in fluent language.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with reliable availability and communication skills.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Israeli culture and terminology across domains like news, education, consumer tech, etc., is a plus.
