Job Summary 📝

Treasure Creek USA is a consumer electronics company specializing in manufacturing, marketing, and selling RCA TVs and other electronic products. We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, operations, sales, and marketing, with a passion for learning new skills and handling diverse responsibilities. The role involves light travel and occasional after-hours work to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

Executive Support 🏢

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Accounting & Financial Support 💰

  • Assist with bookkeeping, managing budgets, expense reports, and financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Special Projects & Skill Development 🚀

  • Take on new responsibilities and develop additional skills as needed.
  • Lead or participate in company-wide projects that promote growth and innovation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in consumer electronics.

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; VBA skills are a big plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when needed
  • A proactive mindset eager to learn and grow across multiple areas of the business
  • No specific experience required

Work Hours & Benefits 🕒

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible remote work as needed. Light domestic and international travel (< 20%) may be required. The company offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $65,000, along with benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, holiday leaves, PTO, and 401(k).
