Role Description 📋
This full-time, remote position involves providing high-level executive support to our leadership team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings 📅
- Preparing detailed expense reports 💰
- Facilitating clear and effective communication on behalf of executives ✉️
- Handling administrative tasks and supporting operational activities to enhance organizational efficiency ⚙️
Qualifications ✅
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience creating and managing Expense Reports
- Strong background in Executive Support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or technology industry is advantageous
