Role Summary

The primary function of this role is to provide high-level administrative assistance by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties. The successful candidate acts as an information and communication hub within the office. πŸ“ˆ

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team budgets, including travel and entertainment expenses πŸ’Ό
  • Perform general support duties: mailings, copying, printing, scheduling, office setup, and maintaining equipment
  • Prepare expense reports and arrange travel and accommodations for team members ✈️
  • Schedule and plan meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements πŸ—“οΈ
  • Manage HQ meeting requests and transportation logistics for VIP visitors πŸš—
  • Reconcile and track budget items
  • Assist with event planning: scheduling, catering, setup, and breakdown πŸŽ‰
  • Set up daily or weekly video conferences for management πŸ–₯️
  • Place inventory requests for devices and other supplies πŸ“¦
  • Handle shipping, mailing, and packaging activities
  • Assist with ordering and tracking new hire equipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, memos, and reports πŸ“

Key Skills
