Role Summary
The primary function of this role is to provide high-level administrative assistance by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties. The successful candidate acts as an information and communication hub within the office. π
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team budgets, including travel and entertainment expenses πΌ
- Perform general support duties: mailings, copying, printing, scheduling, office setup, and maintaining equipment
- Prepare expense reports and arrange travel and accommodations for team members βοΈ
- Schedule and plan meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements ποΈ
- Manage HQ meeting requests and transportation logistics for VIP visitors π
- Reconcile and track budget items
- Assist with event planning: scheduling, catering, setup, and breakdown π
- Set up daily or weekly video conferences for management π₯οΈ
- Place inventory requests for devices and other supplies π¦
- Handle shipping, mailing, and packaging activities
- Assist with ordering and tracking new hire equipment to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, memos, and reports π
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean πΊπΈπ°π·
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Relevant administrative work experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 2+ years of directly related experience. π
