Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Los Angeles, California, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Bilingual Executive Assistant to the CEO will be vital in providing top-tier administrative support by:

  • Managing calendars and coordinating executive schedules 📅
  • Handling expense reports 💰
  • Facilitating communication across various teams 💬

The role involves close collaboration with the CEO to support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency through effective prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and executive support roles
  • Proficiency in Expense Reports and Diary Management
  • Demonstrated skills in Administrative Assistance and organizational support
  • Bilingual proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills in both languages 🌐
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment ⚡
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of finance
  • Background experience in film, scripted TV series, and documentaries
