Bilingual Event Host / Cruise Director (English/Spanish – Boat Party Experiences)
Pay: $30–$50+/hour + Tips | Location: Huntington & Patchogue, Long Island

We specialize in dynamic group experiences aboard our Paddle Pub & Cruisin’ Tikis, creating high-energy, BYOB party boat cruises. Our events include:

The Role 📝
This position is for a Bilingual Cruise Director / Event Host. You won’t just translate — you'll lead the energy, set the vibe, and craft unforgettable experiences in both English and Spanish.
Think of yourself as: Wedding MC... Cruise Director... Party Host... Entertainer — all rolled into one!

You will:
- 🎶 Lead groups of up to 26 guests
- 🔥 Hype up the energy, break the ice, and get everyone dancing
- 🎲 Run games, karaoke, and interactive activities
- 🎧 DJ and control music across all genres
- 📸 Capture photos/videos for guests and social media
- 🔄 Read the room and adapt instantly to different crowds and personalities
From chill groups to wild parties, your goal is to elevate the energy and create fun moments!

Earnings & Schedule 💼
- 💰 $30–$50+ per hour (base pay + tips)
- 📅 Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays — every week
- 🌴 Seasonal: May–October
Requirements ✅
- 🔞 18+ (21+ preferred)
- 🛥️ Pass US Coast Guard–federal drug testing (including marijuana)
- 🏋️♂️ Able to lift 50 lbs (e.g., coolers with ice)
- ☀️ Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions (rain or shine)
