The Role of Our Paralegals

Our paralegals are essential team members who serve as the main point of contact with their assigned clients. They work independently with law firms, supported by an dedicated Account Supervisor who assists with plan adjustments, questions, feedback, delegation, and collaboration best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact, maintaining proactive communication and understanding client needs.
• Task Execution: Deliver high-quality work on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
• Profile Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles.
• Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries within mutually agreed response times.
• Time Tracking: Enter time daily using provided tools for accurate billing and project management.

Position Summary

• Title: Remote Estate Planning and Corporate Paralegal
• Type: Part-time, approximately 10 hours per month (with potential to increase)
• Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English
