We are an accredited two-year college seeking a dedicated individual to join our ESL Admissions Department at the South Houston Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference by helping students achieve their educational goals.

Position Description

The primary focus of this role is to recruit new students into our ESL program, specifically targeting individuals from certain demographic and ethnic backgrounds. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments and conducting personal interviews on campus 🤝
• Participating in community outreach initiatives 🌎
• Performing follow-ups to support students' enrollment decisions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (required) 🗣️
• Previous sales experience (a plus) 💼
• Strong involvement and knowledge of the local community is highly preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills 💪
• A genuine desire to help others change their lives ❤️
