About the Role
This is a remote position based in the U.S., requiring collaboration with clients and partners in Mexico. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Position Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be the strategist driving engagement with large enterprise commercial fleets. You will develop targeted approaches, demonstrate our solutions, and close multi-million dollar deals.
- Typical sales involve contracts ranging from $5M to $15M in TCV
- The role includes conducting POCs, workshops, on-site and virtual meetings, negotiations, and executive presentations
- You will build a robust pipeline and bring our innovative solutions to strategic customers, contributing to industry transformation

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions with large enterprise fleets from discovery to closing
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and develop a healthy sales pipeline
- Create territory development and execution strategies
- Perform targeted outbound prospecting of strategic accounts
- Lead customer engagements through discovery, qualification, pilot management, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, program management, solutions, finance, marketing, etc.
- Represent Netradyne professionally and ethically at all times
- Develop deep account knowledge, build relationships with multiple stakeholders, and differentiate Netradyne’s value proposition
- Approach prospects consultatively, aligning solutions with their needs
- Assemble cross-functional deal teams as needed to advance opportunities
- Network with partners and key influencers to generate referrals and new opportunities
- Execute the sales process faithfully in accordance with company standards
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in complex, quota-carrying sales roles (e.g., Enterprise Account Executive)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, target account selling, etc.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools
- Detail-oriented, energetic, disciplined, and career-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (in person and virtual)
- Willingness to travel 50% or more
Compensation & Benefits
The annual on-target earnings (OTE) range is between $290,000 and $320,000 USD, depending on your location and experience. The package includes:
